1-Payment Terms:
You will be given a reservation number at the time of booking.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. This deposit must be received by us within 15 days after your reservation. If the deposit is not paid, your reservation will be cancelled. There are no administration fees charged at the time of booking. When we receive the deposit a letter of confirmation will be sent, this document is compulsory when you arrive at Le Chêne Perché.


2-Payments accepted:
We accept payments by bank transfers and major credit cards (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa).
Note: Your bank transfer must indicate the reservation number and whose name was given at the time of booking.

3-Sequence of your stay:
Arrival time : April to September : From 17.30 to 18.30. October to December : From 16.00 to 17.00.Every delay could be charged (10 Euros per hour)
Enjoy your stay and remember to check-out before noon (12.00) on the day of departure.
Breakfast is included in price and delivered at your tree-house.
Don't forget to bring your own sleeping bag for your accommodation. Each tree-house has 2 pillows.
During autumn and winter seasons, a heating is proposed.
Tree-houses have dry toilets.
Showers are located in our main building, and you can use it during opening time of the reception desk.
You must observe our rules and regulations which are in each tree-house.
It is strictly forbidden to use a camping stove inside tree-houses.


4-Access to tree-houses :
You access to the tree-house by one ladder and a bridge, you do not need a special equipment, however you must wear comfortable shoes (no heels).


5-Capacity:
Each tree house has a maximum number of people allowed. For safety and security, this number must never be exceeded.


6-Cancellation of your booking by you prior to arrival::
No refunds are available for any cancellations within 15 days of your booked arrival date.


7-Modification or cancellation by Le Chêne Perché before your arrival or during your stay:
In the case of events beyond our control, such as bad weather (high winds or unsafe conditions etc), we may be forced to modify or cancel your stay. In this eventuality, we will propose alternative accommodation or recommend the postponement of your stay. If you are unhappy with the alternatives proposed and cannot postpone your stay, then Le Chêne Perché will refund your deposit as full and final compensation.


8-Cancellation after arrival:
If you are unable to use the tree house for your own reasons (eg due to vertigo or fear), then Le Chêne Perché will be entitled to receive payment and no refunds can be made.

9-Children:
Children's ages are those ages on the date of stay at Le Chêne Perché . Parents or Guardians may be asked to produce evidence of age. Certain tree houses have minimum ages as Lisière and Sous-Bois and only can accommodate children over 6 years old.
The tree house Canopée can only accommodate people over 14 years old..
It is compulsory to nominate one responsible person over 18 years of age in each tree house.


10-Special conditions:
We cannot rent tree houses to sleepwalkers, people with heart diseases and anyone whose state of health may be at risk in the accommodation. If you are in any doubt, please consult your Doctor before booking. Please advise the management on arrival of any special needs or situations that could arise.


11-Gift Tokens:
Gift Tokens are available and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.


12-Animals:
No pets or animals are allowed in the tree houses.


13-Complaints:
We take complaints seriously and would like you to enjoy your stay. If you have a complaint, however, please write to us at the following address, within 30 days of your stay;
